Anticlockwise Definition

If an object moves in the reverse direction to the movement of the hands-on clock, then it can be narrated as anticlockwise. It is also known as counterclockwise.

For instance, all the angles in geometry are typically measured anticlockwise. One more example of anticlockwise is an opening of a water bottle where a cap is twisted in the opposite direction to the hand-on movement of a clock.
